What began with a single online course soon became a journey of seven Tanjore paintings, each helping her build greater confidence, skill, and love for the art.
"I Never Imagined Learning Tanjore Painting Online Could Be Possible"
Like many beginners, Devi was initially unsure whether online learning could truly work for such a traditional art form.
Looking back, she says,
"I never imagined that learning Tanjore painting through online class can be possible but Vibha and team are doing a great job."
That uncertainty quickly disappeared as she experienced the structured lessons and detailed guidance provided throughout each stage of the painting process.
From One Painting to Seven
Most students don't return for seven different courses unless they're genuinely enjoying both the learning process and the results.
Devi first joined Tanjore Collective in 2023, where she completed her Lord Ganesha painting online.
The following year, she continued her journey with six more paintings:

Learning Step by Step
One of the reasons Devi continued learning online was the way every lesson was structured.
As she explains,
"The lessons are well structured and detailed with steps."
Rather than overwhelming students with the entire process at once, each lesson focuses on a specific stage of the painting, making even complex techniques approachable.
Students can also revisit the recorded lessons whenever needed, making it easy to learn at their own pace while still receiving expert guidance.
Completing Lord Balaji With Confidence
Among the paintings Devi created, her 15 × 20 inch Lord Balaji painting stands out as a special milestone.
She shares,
"I completed Lord Balaji 15x20 size painting on schedule which turned out beautiful only with their guidance."
Completing a larger, more detailed painting requires patience, consistency, and confidence—all of which she developed through her previous courses.
Growing With Every Painting
