Refund Policy
We have a strict, no-refund policy.
Once booked, we reserve a slot for you, and defer any other slot reservations. Hence, it makes it extremely hard for us to re-schedule batches.
We cannot accommodate any re-scheduling, cancellations for the courses or painting orders.
Exceptions
However, under the circumstance that, the provider, Tanjore Collective, is not able to provide you with the necessary material kit for the course, and is not able to arrange any alternatives, which does not allow you to use materials for the course, we will issue a refund.
The product should be unused and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery. Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer.
As soon as we get the product back, we will provide a refund within 8–10 working days.
